Video Search Startup seek RoR Expert

We are an early-stage video search company looking for a Ruby engineer to join our small team.

What are we looking for?
  • A smart, passionate, and user-focused engineer to lead front-end development. This person will work closely with our external design firm to engineer the best possible user experience.

  • Background in Computer Science or related discipline.

  • Ruby programming experience. Past experience creating Rails applications.

  • Very strong AJAX/HTML/JavaScript/DOM/CSS coding skills. Flash experience a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to write both application and UI code. We are a small company and need versatile players!

  • Passion for online video. You like watching videos/TV/sports/news, and you won’t settle for anything less than developing the best product for searching for videos.

  • Temp-to-perm opportunity is also available for the right graduating CS student.
