Front-End RoR Developer (Jr. & Sr. positions available)

The ideal candidate needs UI/usability skills, knowledge of XHTML, CSS-layouts, JavaScript (we use Prototype) knowledge and experience with Rails views and controllers. The candidate needs to be self-motivated and have a passion for creating beautiful and easy to use interfaces.

We take pride in not only the product but also the code that runs it. Our environment is fast paced, with releases occurring every 2-4 months. We have two primary Rails applications: the core product, which is an installed Rails app, and the community, which is hosted. The application was first built using pre-1.0 Rails and is currently on Rails 2.3.4.

Backend Developer (Jr. & Sr. positions available)

Core knowledge of Rails underpinnings, Ruby in general, and SQL (we're always looking at Rails logs for slow queries) is desirable. We do believe in writing and maintaining automated tests for the source-base via (Test::Unit).
