Software Developer/Engineer - Ruby on Rails

We are a young, exciting, growing company based in the Boston area (Needham). We are growing and as a result expanding our application development team.

What you need to apply:

A strong software development background, familiar with all aspects of the software development life cycle.
Detailed knowledge of Ruby on Rails!
Knowledge in data base design and general workings and management (mySQL a plus)
Experience with AJAX, HTML, CSS, and Java a plus

What you will be doing:

Developing Ruby on Rails based web applications!
Designing and implementing systems ranging from retail signup applications, management applications, API interfaces which all support our internal service offerings, products and more.
Work closely with other engineers, marketing and product management team members to complete the analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of these systems.
Working in a team oriented, exciting, fun and challenging work environment.
