We have a strong team and are looking for sharp software engineers to add to our growing team.
Requirements for the position include:
- BS degree or equivalent in computer science
- 3 years' experience developing web-based applications
- Highly creative, motivated, and dedicated
- Strong communication skills
One or more of the following skills are desirable:
- Experience developing Ruby on Rails applications
- Experience with agile software development
- Experience with e-commerce and/or accounting

I work at mirRoR, where we connect agile Rails developers and employers.
We started as Rails programmers ourselves (and are currently working on a few social, facebook, and iPhone apps). This background and network help us identify quality opportunities in the industry.
