Our organization is building the leading “ReCommerce” community and platform enabling person to person product reuse, sharing, lending, trade and other “cashless” transactions. By increasing reuse, we will divert a significant amount of waste from the landfill and extend the useful life of many products. The Company is fully funded and led by a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist.
We're all about Ruby on Rails and clean great design. We're looking for a range of junior-mid-senior Ruby on Rails developers. The ideal candidate is a battle-hardened veteran that has seen projects through the complete software life-cycle; from design and development to testing and production deployment (and beyond).
We need a Lead Developer/Product Manager who knows how to manage but still loves to code as well as plenty of Programmer Engineers who would rather focus on their iPod and writing awesome code full time.
We're still a relatively small team, which means you'll deal with a minimum of bureaucracy and micromanagement and have a lot of input over the future direction of the site. I bet you and your friends would actually use the site. There is already a multi-year roadmap of great product features to build.
We'll give you a healthy base compensation with a significant performance bonus. And BIG monitors, flexible hours and full health benefits.

Hi, I’m Brian
I work at mirRoR, where we connect agile Rails developers and employers.
We started as Rails programmers ourselves (and are currently working on a few social, facebook, and iPhone apps). This background and network help us identify quality opportunities in the industry.
That’s especially important today. While many venture-backed web 2.0 startups are cutting costs amidst this economic climate, we are working with a number of companies that are self-sufficient, cash-positive, and well capitalized for the long-term.
I’d be eager to briefly discuss where you are in the process and see if there is a potential fit, either for the opportunities listed here, or those posted elsewhere.
Let’s chat!
